inquiries should be emailed to the email address above (or just reply to any email you have been sent from us), and/or just send a support ticket from your client area.
Please do the following
1) SAVE your account info email. This has all your login info.
2) Use the Knowledge base of this website as the email instructs you to do. This has all your installation help topics along with other tips and tricks within that section.
3) Monthly invoicing will invoice you 4 days before due date. Everything has to be done manually so please do not let invoices linger for a long time then try to pay it minutes before there is something you are trying to watch because if I am not in front of a computer for a while, it will have to wait until I am to process it. I do not want anyone to experience down time waiting for an extension or creation so please try to do them where there is plenty of time.
4) All your information resources are on your email that contains the login information and the knowledgebase of this site, you also can view your service details such as your username and password for the app itself in your client area by clicking on your active service and then clicking the big button that says Login Information for App.
Also, always remember, maintenance exists. There are times when the system has to go down to tend to servers and when it is down you will be unable to load streams or even login at times. These maintenance periods do not last very long, hour usually at most until the links fully resync themselves. But sometimes larger issues may arise and the system is down for a longer period of time. During these extended down times is when you should expect to see notices on this announcement section. When I know something, I will share that information so we are all on the same page.
If you are unable to login or there are playback errors if you are already logged in, always remember, there are only 4 reasons why this would be so.
1) You are entering your username or password or URL incorrectly at the login screen.
2) Your internet isn't flowing to your device or your internet provider is blocking access, which means a VPN service is needed to be installed on your device to bypass their blocks.
3) You are expired and need to renew. (even if you are current, the expiration date shown in the app will never update unless you sign out and back in)
4) System down for maintenance. (usually lasts an hour at most unless it is something major, which if it is something major, an announcement would be added to this section of the website)
If you know 1-3 aren't the issue, then it is number 4, so try again later.
